Artrageous Fundraiser Gala to benefit Emerson Umbrella Community Arts Center- 240 guests

Chinese Poppy Red and Orange Satin linens, large colorful hanging lanterns on stage, along with a host of Southeast Asian menu offerings made this Asian Themed Fundraiser the centers most successful ever.
Our Pacific Rim Station included Chilled Asian Noodles in takeout containers, and Banh Mi Bites; plus Sushi, Dumplings, and Shrimp Shu-mai. We also presented a Latin Station, which boasted Columbian Empanadas, Cauliflower Fritters, and Cuban Sandwich Bites.
Deflate-gate Cocktail Party, Boston, MA- 60 guests

Any occasion can be a reason to celebrate, as these folks discovered with their Deflate-gate Cocktail Party last January in Beacon Hill. With specialty drinks like, “The Gronkowski” and “The Deflation,” a tongue-in-cheek look at a pop culture event can lay the foundation for a great cocktail party.
This event was so much fun to plan, we couldn’t help but show you the entire menu, including the specialty drinks!:

Simply stunning celebration- tented and pool-side
Guests sipped Hendricks with Elderflower and muddled cucumber or Cranberry Apple Cider with vodka and hard cider while they nibbled on Serrano ham and manchego, Korean kalbi mini tacos with kimchee, Pulled chicken arepas, Truffled lobster mac n’cheese fritters and Warm Cider donuts. A DJ and cigar roller added to the festivities.
Holiday Cocktail Party for Young Hi-tech firm- 150 guests

A corporate holiday party for families of this rapidly growing tech firm. Some of the food we provided included Clam Chowder and a Raw Bar with Sushi, a Comfort Food Station with Chicken Pot Pies, Cheesy Grits with BBQ Shrimp, and Truffle stuffed Arancini, a Middle-eastern Station with Lamb & Chicken Kebabs, stuffed grape leaves and dips. A Hot Chocolate Bar with marshmallows, shaved chocolate, crumbled oreo cookies and peanut butter cups, and whipped cream kept even the most distracted child very happy! Crafts, cookie decorating and games with our staff were a welcoming relief for tired parents.
Holiday Cocktail Party in Concord, MA, December, 2015- 135 guests
A yearly cocktail party that my staff jumps to work on given the chi-chi atmosphere and beautiful people. This year the menu included items like Grilled Prosciutto, Fontina and truffle sandwiches, Samosa’s with tamarind cilantro chutney, Mini Short Rib and leek grilled cheese, Tapas of grilled garlic shrimp, meatballs in saffron almond sauce and cauliflower fritters. And saving the best for last… Chocolate Bread Pudding with Caramel Rum Bananas, Chocolate covered cheesecake lollipops, Grilled Pineapple Skewers with mint honey yogurt and homemade Beignets with warm chocolate!!!!!!
